Shipping Container Purchases

Once an order has been confirmed and delivery or transportation arrangements have begun, cancellation options may be limited. Any cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible and will be reviewed based on the status of the order and any costs already incurred.
Deposits and Payments

Shipping Container Rentals
Rental cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of rental. Customers should review their rental agreement carefully, as cancellation charges, minimum rental periods, delivery fees, pickup fees, and other applicable charges may apply.
Rental payments already made may not be refundable if the container has already been delivered, reserved, or if services have already been performed.
Delivery and Transportation Charges
Delivery, transportation, setup, pickup, and other service charges may be non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or completed. If a delivery issue occurs due to circumstances within our control, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution.
